Abstract:
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of Eisenkraft inquiry model in developing the literary taste of the female fifth literary preparatory grade students. To achieve this aim, the quasi-experimental design of post-test experimental-control groups was adopted. The sample of the study was 44 female fifth literary preparatory grade students in Baghdad who were divided into two groups with 21 female students in the control group, and 23 female students in the experimental group. The researcher prepared the research tool, which was the literary taste test, and after ensuring its validity and reliability, she applied it to the research sample. The results of the research revealed the presence of a statistically significant difference between Eisenkraft inductive model and the traditional method in favor of the model. The researcher recommended that male and female Arabic language teachers should pay attention to this model when teaching literary texts because it showed positive results in developing the literary taste of the experimental group students.
