Abstract:
In Ram-Kavya, there is devotion of Dasya Bhav which comes under legitimate devotion. There is a lot of emphasis on dignity. In Ram-Kavya, full faith has been expressed on Varnashram Dharma, rituals and Vedas-Maryada etc. Ramanuja is a supporter and promoter of specific dualism, according to which the soul is a part of Brahma, therefore, along with Brahma, the soul is also true. This is the reason why Tulsi salutes the Siyarammay world. In Ram-Kavya, Brahma is shown following the dignity of the living being. Ram being Narayan is still male and being male he is Narayan. Other characters in the Rama-kavya are Vibhishana, Angada, Hanuman, Lakshmana, Bharata and Janaki who are depicted as devotees of Rama's servitude in some form or the other. In the devotion of servant-servant spirit, which is very beneficial from the point of view of public collection, encroachment of even a mole of dignity is prohibited. This is the reason why Ram-Kavya is relatively more moderate and balanced in every field. Undoubtedly, the basic purpose of this poem is the expression of devotion, but it is not devotion in an exclusive form. Along with personal spiritual practice, the bright shade of folk religion is also present in it. In Ram-Kavya, there is a living ambush-reaction of the contemporary social, religious and political conditions. In Tulsi literature, there are signs related to it here and there. The biggest feature of the characters of Tulsi poetry is that despite being supernatural, they look like us, who give us inspiration and enthusiasm in every difficult situation of life.
