Abstract:
This article entitled "Conflict and its consequences on communication within the company" aims to draw the attention of managers of both public and private companies to the importance of communication in times of conflict, with a view to good yield. Given its importance, there is reason to affirm that “without communication, no activity is possible”. So, the company will not have its raison d'être, that of maximizing its profit, on the other hand it is heading straight to the wall of bankruptcy.
