Arab governments devoted most of their interests to art and artists, setting the means and possibilities to support artists and encourage them to stand on the status of global, Arab and local art. Through this, Arab artists have emerged with their word and status, sharing creativity with their peers in Europe and the world, including the first professional artist in the United Arab Emirates artist Abdul Qader Mohammed Al Rais.
