THE REALITY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE OUTPUTS OF THE FACULTIES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS SCIENCE FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF ADMISSION MANAGERS

Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the level of effectiveness of the performance of the outputs of colleges of physical education and sports science from the point of view of the administrators of aggressions, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of them, and the researchers adopted the descriptive approach in the style of the case study, on a sample chosen from middle school directors randomly selected (9) education directorates in each Of the governorates of (Baghdad, Basra, Diyala, and Maysan) who are in official working hours in their administrative formations for the academic year (2018-2019) of (69) managers, the measurement instrument was used in the survey to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses in the effectiveness of the performance, in addition to knowing its level according to It did not bring the views of pain Draa, and the results were handled using the Social Statistical Package System (SPSS), to be the conclusions and applications of the study in that in that physical education teachers have from the outputs of colleges of physical education and sports science an acceptable level of performance effectiveness that enables them to manage and organize their practical lessons in middle school from the viewpoint of middle school administrators And that the level of educational and social effectiveness of the outputs of colleges of physical education and sports science is not at the acceptable level from the viewpoint of principals of their preparations, and it is necessary to work to support the policy of the Ministry of Education in enabling the outputs of colleges of physical education and sports science in To increase the effectiveness of their performance in their lessons in the middle school affiliated with it, as it is the reinforcing body for the success of this lesson. It is necessary for colleges of physical education and sports science to review their educational vision approved by graduating courses to increase the level of effectiveness of the scientific and technical capabilities of their outputs.
