Abstract:
Human rights are a broad concept in which keeping aside all the shackles of the world, God's best creation "man" is considered only "human". He is entitled to human rights as soon as he is born as a human. In Short, those rights which are necessary to free man from fear can be called human rights. Woman is a fundamental part of humanity, so if she is strong then half the world will surely change because the participation of both men and women is necessary in the construction of any developed society. But it is an irony that they have not got equal status in the society today. After independence, many schemes were made by the government to improve the condition of women. Women were and will always be an important cornerstone of preserving family, social and cultural systems. But even today, the position of women in our society should be as strong, effective and strong, it is still not fully established. Even today their position remains inferior to that of men. Undoubtedly, in order to improve the status of women in India, women were also given equal rights as men but the reality is that they are not aware of their rights. We are taking a small effort to make women aware of their rights through this research paper.
