The Effect of Achieving Goals and Flexibility on the Achievement of Media Performance in Media Institutions: (The Iraqi Media Network as a Model)

Abstract:

The research aims to study the institutional goals of the Iraqi Media Network, it measures the effectiveness of achieving them ,measures the flexibility and the extent of that investigation, studies the media performance in the field of research and measures its achievement, and the satisfaction with this achievement. In addition to measuring the correlation and influence between all variables. The descriptive approach , analytical method and the case study were adopted to analyze the data study. Various statistical methods were used, such as: Weighted arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, Rank correlation coefficient for Spearman. The study has reached to many results, such as: 1- The effectiveness of achieving the goals has reached up to (64.2%), the total flexibility was (76%)
